- TLS 1.3 with ECC 384 asymmetric cryptography for all IP communications
- SAM (Secure Access Module) built into every Hub controller: a digital vault for cryptographic keys
- AES 128 encrypted RS 485 bus between controllers and extensions
- No data travels in clear text on the local network or the Internet
